4. Revisions
Number of revisions depends on the selected package
Additional revisions beyond package limit may incur extra charges
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not provided once work has started
Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis before final delivery
6. Intellectual Property
All drafts and work-in-progress remain property of A Tech Sight until full payment
Upon full payment and final approval, ownership transfers to the client
We reserve the right to showcase final work in our portfolio unless NDA is signed
7. Third-Party Integrations
We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party software, hosting, plugins, APIs, or services.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Loss of revenue or business
Misuse of delivered work
Third-party software errors or downtime
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan and the United States.
