A Tech Sight LLC ("A Tech Sight", "we", "our", or "us") is a global technology company specializing in software development, web development, CMS solutions, UI/UX design, branding, and digital marketing services.

A Tech Sight LLC is registered in the United States and is also registered with the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), Ministry of Information Technology & Telecommunication, Government of Pakistan.

While A Tech Sight LLC operates internationally, our production, development, support, and operations teams are primarily based in Karachi, Pakistan. This global structure enables us to efficiently serve clients across the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Europe, and other international markets.

By using our websites or engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that project execution, support, communications, and operational activities may be performed by team members located in Pakistan.

Brands and Affiliates

References to "A Tech Sight", "we", "our", or "us" within these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy also apply to our affiliated brands, websites, and services, including Logo In US, unless otherwise stated.

Information collected through any of our websites, products, or services may be shared and processed internally within A Tech Sight LLC and its affiliated brands solely for the purpose of providing services, customer support, business operations, billing, marketing, and improving user experience.

International Operations

As a global company, information provided to A Tech Sight may be processed, stored, or accessed by authorized employees, contractors, and service providers located in different countries, including Pakistan and the United States. We implement commercially reasonable safeguards to protect customer information and maintain confidentiality throughout our operations.

Third-Party Costs

Expenses related to domains, hosting, premium plugins, themes, APIs, stock assets, software licenses, paid applications, and external subscriptions are separate from service fees and remain the responsibility of the client.

Limitation of Liability

A Tech Sight LLC and its affiliated brands shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our websites, products, or services.
